Our new Health and Wellbeing programmes will see the return of our successful FIT Fans & Bootcamps but also see the launch of a new Over 35s BCFC 6-A-Side league and walking football sessions for over 50s.
All of our health and wellbeing sessions are designed to encourage physical activity as a way to better health, improved mental wellbeing and to help people meet new friends.
Each session offers a minimum of 60 minutes of physical activity by qualified coaches at a variety of venues.

The main aims of Birmingham City FC Community Trust’s Fit Fans programme is to help those who feel they need to make changes in their life, changes which will have an impact on them, their self-confidence and their families by using the power of exercise. We will increase their knowledge of diet, nutrition and physical activity to help encourage participants to improve their lifestyle choices. The programme has been extremely successful thus far and we have been fortunate enough to witness participants make substantial changes and be able to maintain them. Participants who started the programme over 18 months ago are still being supported on their individual weight-loss journeys.
With support from our BCFC Community Trust Staff and other group members you’ll get help to:
- Improve your eating habits.
- Cut down on alcohol intake.
- Increase your activity levels – one step at a time!
- Reduce your weight and your waistline.
- Support each other and stay on track.
- Regain your confidence.
- Become proud of your looks.
